Returns policy

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a Safespares.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Contact us on 01902 455111 to make the necessary arrangements

If the Item supplied by Safespares.co.uk is faulty

If the item becomes defective (after 30 days of receipt)
